Impact voor het m.e.r. kader

Together with Kenter, LDR is evaluating the scope of the Flemish EIA plan regulations in the light of case law, and analysing the impact on the existing EIA procedural framework. This project was also commissioned by the Department of Environment, the Policy Development Division and Legal Support.
